We want everyone visiting us for a guided tour and perhaps a tour and lunch to have a great experience from the moment they arrive to the moment they leave.

We, therefore, value the feedback we get from our visitors to help us make sure that everybody is satisfied with our level of service. We are after all in the service industry and our philosophy is: the customer’s experience must be great – it does not matter if the restaurant is pretty and the décor beautiful if the service is bad. The fact that we have a unique tractor tour whereby our visitors can see the different breeds of ostrich and our rare white ostriches and the fact that we are the only ostrich show farm with a Feather Palace (old homestead) means nothing if the tour is not conducted in a professional manner.

With this in mind the feedback from our visitors are worth gold to us. We have just yesterday received our 1000th review on Tripadvisor and I am glad to say our overall ranking is 4,5 out of 5. We are proud of the fact that we “hit” the 1000 mark and also appreciate the suggestions our visitors give us via these social media platforms.
